Service Description
Friday 18:00-19:00 Using my sports yoga training by Sarah Ramsden (the Manu U & Man City Yoga coach) I run Specialised Yoga aimed at athletes of all abilities. YES all abilities. Whether you are male or female. 16 or 65. Flexible or inflexible this class is for you. Yoga aids recovery by encouraging blood to pass through those tired, sore muscles. It helps stretch out those tight, contracted muscles you get from training and racing; allowing your body to better adapt to the training load and therefore preventing injury & allowing you to recover quicker and back training sooner. It builds strength and improves flexibility and range of movement. Yoga is the 4th discipline of triathlon.
