Sound Therapy
Gong Baths with Pat
I am thrilled to announce that Patricia will be joining the EYS studio with an array of sound healing instruments.

Patricia is a trained nurse and has been aware of the benefits of complementary therapies for many years. She has trained in aromatherapy and massage, Reiki, Angelic Reiki and Crystal Therapy. More recently she qualified as a gong practitioner as she realised the benefits of gong baths.

What is a Gong Bath?

A gong bath is a relaxing experience where you become immersed in the vibrations of the gongs, singing bowls and other shamanic instruments enabling you to experience a meditative journey.

You will be bathed in the healing frequency of the gong to enter deep relaxation and to bring back harmony and balance to your mind and body.

The human body is made up of approximately 70% water, which can be influenced by our normal daily activities and the vibrations that we come into contact with.
The sound vibrations of gongs can help the mind to slow down and lower the frequency of the brainwaves from an alpha to a theta-dominant brainwave state. This can be beneficial for those who find it difficult to ‘unwind’ and ‘switch off’
Sound has been found to shift frequencies in the body from lower energy to higher vibrational frequencies of love and joy. The vibrations from sound can help to shift energetic blocks, and can leave the body feeling more balanced and energised

If you’ve enjoyed gong baths, this is a chance for you to experience playing the gong. Playing the gong is a profound healing experience for those who play as well as the audience. Tammy is offering a two-hour session where she will introduce some basic way to play the gong and everyone will have a chance to play in turn to co-create a 1.5 hour long gong bath.
Maximum 10 people.
